Time for a change
After completing a design project with us about 1.5 years ago, our client made the decision to relocate to another home in the same neighborhood with a better lot. Despite her love for her previous home, she worried about the transition. Working closely with us, we made adjustments to the “other” design, incorporating many her existing items into the new space. Today, she is thrilled to call this new place home, feeling a renewed sense of excitement and comfort. Additionally, the buyers of her previous home are equally enthusiastic about the recently redesigned space, now calling it their own.
Living room/ Kitchen Renovation
During our initial conversation, we delved the client’s vision for the space. While specifics were yet to be fully realized, their desire for a functional yet inviting environment for entertaining was evident. They yearned for a space that seamlessly merged with their backyard vista and provided ample room for hosting intimate gatherings while maintaining a cozy ambiance for quiet moments together. In understanding their lifestyle and preferences, we meticulously crafted a design plan tailored to their unique needs. Seamlessly integrating their entertaining aspirations with their day-to-day routines, we reimagined the space to fulfill their every desire. Today, their home stands as a testament to our collaborative efforts, where every corner exudes functionality and warmth. The redesigned areas effortlessly cater to their entertaining needs while offering a tranquil sanctuary for quiet evenings spent together. Through our partnership, we’ve transformed their house into a haven they’re proud to call their forever home.
Bathroom Renovation
Embarking on the renovation of an outdated bathroom was an exciting journey to transform a confined space into a harmonious blend of openness, brightness, and comfort. The design vision centered on maximizing the perceived space to make it look and feel larger while infusing an abundance of natural light. Crisp, neutral tones were employed to create an airy ambiance, with carefully selected fixtures and finishes contributing to the illusion of expansiveness. To balance the openness, cozy and comfortable elements were introduced, such as warm-toned accents, functional details, and subtle lighting. The result is a rejuvenated bathroom that seamlessly combines the spaciousness of modern design with the inviting warmth of a comfortable retreat.

These clients wanted a space to spend quality time in with friends and family. A safe space for their children and pets to enjoy.
As we designed this space, we choose materials that look great but are durable. In the bar/kitchen area we incorporated appliances for convenience such as refrigerator drawers, ice maker, microwave drawer and 2 separate beverage stations: one for adult beverages that can be locked and a second one for sodas and waters. The large sink is a perfect sink for prep and allows multiple functions. Utilizing all unused spaces such as empty dead space under the stairs was helpful to maximize the area to allow plenty of room for game tables, dining areas and comfortable space to watch tv making this newly renovated basement fully functional for the entire family to enjoy.

The client had wonderful modern art we pulled inspiration from to give her a more updated yet timeless comfortable space to enjoy all winter long. This design included redesigning her very traditional fireplace, and redesigning her very dark kitchen into a light and airy space.

Charity Home Girls Bedroom
